Previous application support experience
Strong problem solver, proven ability to take ownership of a problem and get it to resolution
Good understanding of:
Oracle databases and how to troubleshoot them, specifically around performance issues (analyzing AWRs, SQLTs, and table statistics)
how Java-based applications work
Deploying and supporting Docker images, preferably through OpenShift
CI/CD tools such as Github, Jenkins, and preferably UrbanCode Deploy.
Networking concepts, including floating VIPs and F5 load balancers
Using LDAP and Active Directory for authentication
Experience using ServiceNow
Experience with Splunk
